Is there a bracket to surface mount the pipe work on a bar type shower mixer, I have only ever done these with the pipe work in the wall. I am supposed to be installing a pumped system tomorrow and the customer decided to get her own mixer. Just sent me a picture of it and dohhhh moment. Can't see how to work round this one lol

Screwfix sell chrome brackets that allow for installation of a mixer shower with exposed pipes.

always best to fit pipework throught a timber battern to allow good fixings and make sure the tilers cuts holes just the right size.

Are when I quoted the job I said I'll supply everything but I got a excited text yesterday saying she had got the mixers.... Sends a pic...... Oh F!!k lol

i have fitted these before, not gunna work in this job the pumped supply pipes need to be mounted on the surface, I am unfortunately not refitting the room just replaceing the power showers with a pumped system

Most merchants will do a version of them. Ask for wall plate or back plate elbows for a bar shower.
Screwfix do them too if you are stuck

I recently had a plumber come over to look at a badly leaking shower head. As best I can recall, he described the problem as a crack in the bridge of the cold water pipe and explained that there were two options: 1. Get into the wall with a jackhammer to fix the problem; or 2. Install one of...
