I have recently added a new radiator to a sealed system, but when i turn the system on all the rads heat up apart from the new one. I have bled all the rads and all seem to have water coming out under pressure. Could there still be an airlock?

Yes probably is shut off all
Other rads apart from new one then try

Do i need to shut off the both TRV's and lockshields on all the other rads?

Done what you suggested, all rads heat up fine now. Cheers mate.
