Whats all this about new legislation coming into force that asks landlord to provide certificate to prove no legionella present?

Border controls certainly seem to be tightening up.

A landlord I work for was asking me thinking I would know but I know nothing, I said I would look into it but I have no time. So this is me looking into it.

I've had the same questions recently. Apparently the hse have changed the requirements for an annual risk assessment to include all water systems now (previously only for storage systems over 500 litres).

One of the letting agencies near me is charging landlords £65 to complete them.
