Hi - Does anyone know of any alternatives to the Bathstore polymarble basin and integrated worktop?
MyRoom slimline 1500 polymarble basin and integrated top

I'm also looking for the furniture to go with it. I'm tempted to get the Bathstore stuff but unsure. Could do with some advice. Many thanks :)

best advice imo, as i have fitted quite a bit. dont bother with bathstore its all chinese.

Why didn't you like "Made in China"?
Many UK companies is OEM their products in China.

Trouble is I can't find an integrated basin and top anywhere else so I'm a bit limited with choice.

does it really have to be integrated? have you thought about a semi or fully recessed basin.

look for oak bathroom furniture... found lovly cabinets for surface mounted basins for client on web. They come in smaller sizes and are easy to fit

Trouble is they are about 5 times the price! Thanks for the suggestion though. If you have any more details on what you found that would be great.

they look stunning when oiled , I'llhave to get some pictures done so you can see the effect...well worth the expense inmho

You're hard pushed to find anything that isn't made in China now. Even Twyfords has closed its UK factories and outsources its manufacturing abroad

Did you get anywhere with finding an alternative to the bath store my space? We are looking at the same stuff as I love the integrated top, however it is to fit in a space that is 1400 so I will end up with a gap of 20 at the end, and although I can get a filler piece for the upright I am not sure what to do with the surface. If you came across any other options please let me low thanks

No luck I'm afraid. Been hunting around quite a few places and no-one else seems to do it.

Thanks anyway. I think I need to persuade my husband to change his mind rather than have a gap in the run of units
