Hi,

had the above convection heater for 4/5 years. The C/H is excellent, but problem with domestic water heating. It flicks onto the heating symbol and the heater fires up. However after a while it goes off and the water runs cold. Takes an age to get it firing again. Also if I run the flow lightly to try and get the water hotter the heater goes off. Pressure is okay. Any ideas before I get an engineer in.

As king of pipes and king of Newcastle say, gas engineer required. No additional advice we can offer im afraid.
