Ideal icos fan resistance

Hi guys,

anyone know now the resistance of a ideal icos fan, getting 107 ohms on the 2 outside pins

also, can I test the resistance on the resistor on the Pcb that is meant to fail due to the fan failing, anyone know what resistance should be on this
