I was wondering if you got too much work and want to sub contract to another plumber how would you split the job money wise I am thinking of sub contracting some of the work, dont want to over charge or under cut myself. help would be appreciated

60/40 or 70/30 its up to you, but if you have the work and you can charge 50 quid an hour you can pay a subby 10 quid if they are willing to work for it

Depends if the subbie is someone you want to keep on side or just use for rubbish jobs you don't fancy doing yourself! :)
