Hoping to get British Gas Apprenticeship, got some questions!

Hi Yawl, new to this game hoping to get a British Gas Apprenticeship. Can anyone tell me How long you stay on the initial £5k per annum? When do the pay increments kick in? How many increments are they? Cheers Dan

I am guessing you will be on 5k till the end of your apprenticeship and is fully qualified so maybe 3-4 years? im just guessing maybe somebody else will have some information. But when i spoke to a british gas engineer he said the wages was low because i think you can get upto 30 grand a year once qualified

Its 5k for a bout a year, used to be £14,609.

If your over 19 you have to pay £16k upfront first.

British Gas apprenticeships do not last 4 years like they should, You can be qualified and working on your own in less then 18 months.
