Stack 1 is internal and vents through the roof, stack 2 is external, do I need to vent stack 2 to roof level ? At the moment it is only a vent. The drawing shows to venting pipes, so is it possible to get rid of stack 2 ? Any help would be appreciated

I take it's just the one bathroom,

we have 5 bathrooms venting from pipe 1, pipe 2 is a second vent
