Can somebody tell me where I can get a cover/top compatible with this header tank please? as insects are getting into the hot water
It will also need some form of insulation jacket
The tank has been replaced at some point by an identical one, maybe it was damaged so I have included a photo of that one as well,
the size is approximately 24"x 18"
Ignore the smaller redundant tank on the right
I will need to lag that 15mm pipe, the other ones which are inaccessible will be covered by fiberglass bats
The house was empty at some point during last winter and the plumbing suffered frost damage.

A piece of kingspan and foil tap the edges will do they sell cold water tank insulation kits in screwfix / b and q etc

Thanks Shaun
Maybe I should enclose the entire tank with kingspan as I will have to buy a sheet

You could make an igloo eg lift off etc

Hi. I need a new toilet supply line but don’t know the size type of the fitting at the shut off valve. It is not 3/8 compression. It is a plastic nut about the same size as the one going into the cistern but has a different thread. Attached is a photo. Can you advise. Thanks.
