know this one sounds pathetic but. How do I get the chrome cistern access plate/flush button plate of the wall to get in to the cistern of a 5 year old grohe/dahl wall hung pan mount frame and cistern. I think you should push it in one direction etc but can't remember and Grohe web site is crap, like their equipment if you ask me. Just as an aside is it only me that thinks all this continental and expensive ceramic and brass ware is beautifully made and totally un-reliable junk. All those old British syphon flush loos and taps still work well 30 or 40 years later; even if you needed a ton of plumbers mate, ptfe, heldite to fit it.
