Hi all,

I have a gerkros oil fired, high efficiency condensing boiler with a Riello burner. The issue we have at the moment is that it heats water only when the control panel is set to Hot water only. When we set it to central heating and hot water it won't heat either?
I believe the maker is now out of business and my engineer is struggling to find spare parts. He thinks it may be a control panel issue. Any direction or advice would be very much appreciated.

Cheers
