Does anybody use feed back forms? We are thinking of creating sum as a good way of getting customer details and collecting testimonials. Any ideas on the wording of questions or has anyone got a template?

Did one years ago , general feed back was I was only a plumber they wanted a tiler, plumber sparky in one so they could do the complete job not have 3-4 different trades in

i have started to used them with a little tear off slip at the bottom for 10% off the labour on the next job. been gettin quite alot of them back. to be honest quite surprised if people dont fill them out while im finishing up on the job etc i tend to think oh there not going to do it but ive had people phoning me even telling me they will travel to my house to give me them. will post then questions on it on here in a bit !

these have a scale of 1-10

Time Keeping
Communication
Explanation Of Fault
Explanation Of Remedy
Cleanliness
Manners/politness
Work Completed In Satifactory Time Frame ?
Would You Describe The Tradesman As Reliable ?
Price Given Reflect Quote ?
If No Was The Reason Conveyed To You In A Manner You Understood ?
Would You Use NAYR Plumbing & Heating Again ?

then i have a comment section and name address etc bit .

thanks for the replys, like the 10% off labour on the next job, nice touch. we are thinking of a simalar approch with the questions but adding a bit to ask if they allow us to add them on facebook/twitter... just created a facebook page recently has anyone had any work from it?

i like to use facebook etc for advertising like at the moment i have a deal on fitting a garden tap. only had one for the tap and i had sombody contact me about a leak under a karndean floor it was on the return from the rads ! 28mm flow and return for 2 very small radiators. so had 2 jobs but havent been using it so long.

I think it could be quite usfull in that way weve just added a monthly deal to ours waiting for replys also think its good to show customers the work we do start to finish.... see how it goes i guess

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks
