hi guys,

doing an install next week

want to use polyplumb but i dont like the idea of grey pipe and fittings comming out walls under rads.

i dont mind using grey under floors but would like to use 10mm white pipe and fittings as feeds to rads

You can, not that I use plastic very much. Why not just use white Speedfit?

Copper or better still chrome looks far better and more professional.

If you use speed fit make sure you use the correct fittings and liners for that brand. Hep2o barrier pipe is a better and more flexible pipe IMO. Once again use the correct fittings and liners for that product. If there is any kind of fittings failure then at least you will be covered as you have used the correct method of fixture.

I always find the larger sizes of Speedfit in coil version to be very difficult to straighten out compared to Hep2o pipe so I usually just buy it in 3 or 6 metre lengths.
