Moved to a new house and changing bathroom layout

would it be ok to take shower and wash hand basin into soil pipe

toilet moving to middle window

sink to the right of middle window

shower to the first window

It’s cast iron. Was going to cut the 110mm cast
and take up in 110mm plastic first tee off it could do the shower
second connection could do wc carry on 110mm and tee off for sink
with a cap end
don’t want to start cutting joists

the 80mm cast for rainwater and existing sink will just cap off

I have moved our washing machine into the garage but there isn’t a drain for the waste pipe. The attached image is of the waste pipe with the condensate pipe from the boiler, can I use a tee join and connect the washing machine pipe? The pipe leads outside and is saddled to the main waste pipe.
