Advice on Best Brand Towel Radiator

I am hoping someone can recommend the best brands (and explain why) of duel fuel radiators.
I am soon to have two new bathrooms (one large and one en suite) that will need to be heated.
There are just so many brands, companies and websites that I feel very lost.
Please help if you can; all advice welcome!

why do you want a dual fuel radiator? they can be piped up so that they are hot all the time even when the ch is off.

Expensive is not any guarantee of being better.
Just buy what suits your needs.
Btw you can stick an electric element in any towel rail. All you need is one of these
Toolstation > Heating > Towel Radiators > Towel Rail Heating Element
rated to suit the rail, remove the plug from the side and connect a rad valve.

These are good quality,I've got one in my bathroom. On better quality bathrooms I always suggest stainless steel towel rails. Expect to pay more though.
