Just had renewal through 1st price £195. quick phone call to them, saying had better price from Post Office and they reduced it to £111.00, Maybe next year they will pay me to use them !!

it's always the same will reduce if you phone no matter the company. just trying it on with the higher price because most just pay.

Check the small print.

Been with this Co for last 8 years, always question price, and they always reduce it sometimes only a small amount but they just send a renewal price and expect you to pay up ! its surprising how meny people just pay up with-out double checking the price, insurance Co just love those sort of people.

I did the same last year - phoned up on renewal and got a reduction BUT they took away third-party cover, so now I can't drive anyone else's car or van. May not be a problem for you but it can be a nuisance. Definitely worth checking the small print even if it's the same broker, as they may use a different underwriter who has different terms and conditions..

Got mine through last week came in at over £700 shopped around and saved £150 by going with the post office. For years I've always left it until last minute and just taken the renewal quote, but not this year [emoji41]
