Hello, I am looking to move some waste pipes in my house as I will be relocating a washing machine.

My question is what size waste pipe do I have. I have measured with a gauge and get 56.08mm on the outer diameter.

My understanding was the common sizes are 32, 40 and 50mm,

I am aware there are also some imperial sizes too which I have previously had an issue when trying to buy a reducer before at another house.

Based on this outer diameter what am I likely to have as i am trying to buy a reducer to 40 mm and don't want to cut it till have am able to work on it.

Thanks in advanced.
