Just how many ways are there to seal a leaking flush cone? Never seen this way before until this morning. :eek:

Hi All, not sure if anyone seen these wastes before? We have them in all 3 showers in our house we just moved into and they water seems to drain slowly from them. Just never seen these shower traps before. Any ideas of how I can unblock or should I put some liquid drain unblocker down.

Hi all, Just a quick check - is there any issue with half closing isolation valves to reduce flow? Eg to things like cisterns, basin taps etc. I've seen many posts saying it's totally fine and good way to reduce flow to stop splashback etc and others suggesting it can cause failure over time...

I had a leak coming from the condensate pipe coming from the boiler. I put all new pipes in and cured that leak. However now I have a leak coming from where the black seal is. I had to remove and then put it back in when I replaced the rest of the pipes. Is there any reason now this would leak...
