REDSAW

my neice has a burst hot water pipe under kitchen tiled floor. this happened 2 weeks ago and i told her if she and the other half remove tiles (5.5m) and take out screed to expose pipes, i will redo the copper pipes in plastic.
a week passes and they didnt get far using hammer and chisel, so friday i left them my breaker to use.

get a call today at 2pm, her other halfs only gone through the gas pipe.lol
works out it was the old 15mm feed under floor to back boiler via cooker, so i told them it would be better to cut out pipe and terminate at cooker point rather than digging that part of the screed up too.
i said we need to pull out the 18 month old electric oven to gat at the gas pipe behind, i then turned away to get my screwdriver as i heard the smashing of glass!. the muppet only grabed the handle of the oven door and tried to yank it out the housing, they are not very happy at the moment lol :skep:lol

chop up a floor? cant it be re routed?

concrete floors and extension!
its took away the sub floor and now theres a heated swimming pool in foundations as its been leaking at least 3 months!! when i was there it was switched off for at least 2 hours and there was steam comming through tiles.

re routings more work for me but not really suitable ;)

none!

they rent it and landlord has no insurance, not even had cp12 done last year!!

wasnt even bothered with tenants but nice house near my mums so trying to help her out by letting them do the donkey work, i will bill him and give her half for labour.
