Hi I can only find older posts on this but anyone know of any Risk Assessment forms that are free or cheap for me to complete myself? Cheers

Here is a link to the UK Government's Health & Safety Policy document with attached Risk Assessment form. This might be the kind of thing you are looking for or use it as an example and make your own using that as a guide.

I get my gas risk assessment templates and method statements when I need them from one of the following as they have free templates and charge for ones already filled out, you just alter and adapt them to suit:
