Your not going to believe this but Gemserve who run the MCS scheme on behalf of the government in their wisdom are recomending that you use PayPal to buy your credits for registering installations, Considering the commision that PayPal charge this is unbelievable.

Talk about throwing good money after bad I cant believe that these incompitant chimps are doing this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
 
Thats the problem when theres no competition these crooks can do what they want and charge what they like
