Nearly got it all out...I am going to put a double vanity unit here...the previous unit was on the opposite wall so two hot and two cold feeds off the manifold are not required..how to tidy all this up ?
I could remove the manifold but was thinking of just boxing it in ?
As to the hole...in fill with concrete and self levelling ?
Or maybe a ply plinth and tile on top...I realise the tiles will then be raised from the surface but ti may look OK..
Any ideas ?

Box it in but make it removable

and yes concrete will be fine

Clean it all up hoover all the dust and small debris , prime with SBR primer infill with mapie renovation screed , build a simple CLS boxing timber frame to house the manifold and clad with plaster board or ply something like this. Kop

I was stupid enough not to check the position of the pipes under the tiles when installing a toilet and drilled right through the center of a 16 mm copper water pipe. I exposed the pipe by removing a ~30cm section of the plastic sleeve and a ~10 cm section of the pipe around the hole. Several...
