Ideal boiler won't go into central heating mode

Hi.this is my first post well second as I posted this under wrong department doh.ihave a ideal esprit 2 it wont go or start in central heating mode hot water side is fine.have check it over and tried two PCB s also had electrician check it. My friend has engineer is a bit lost saying maybe PCB still or maybe control panel.s one help would be appreciated thanks.Steve
