Hi, hope someone can help, I've come across this tap which I can't seem to get into, any ideas? It's Bristan if that helps.

You may find that the whole head just pulls off a plastic spline if you cant unscrew what the others have mentioned.
 
I struggled for about 40 minutes with one of these. Put some WD 40 and went for a brew. Came back and a rather smug looking customer has got the top off. ' I just twisted it and it came off' he said.

The problem is trying to get some purchase on the dome. Try wearing some rubber gloves

PS, yes it is the chrome dome that unscrews, hard to do if it is crusted with limescale.
 
looks like an ideal millennium tap head to me with a plastic spline sleeve.
