I've seen this a few times, any idea what causes it? It's a 58/70 Vortex Pro.

Possibly the flue seals not being lubricated before assembly and dislodging, allowing combustion products and condensate into outer part.

Struggling to see why bust seals would affect the bend though..

Pretty sure the bend has a lip inside which the condense will sit in
