I am doing a en suite where it turns out the builder was "sacked" 50mm waste for a shower tray, pipe work for basin 40mm in the top and 32mm out the bottom. As you do, think I beeter check that the feeds for the shower are the right way round lol. Had to break it to the customer that the waste pipe had to be run along the floor to connect under the shower. She was not to impressed.
 
Sounds like a job that what you estimate the costs will be - double it.

Then you might break out even.
