Fan ok, aps ok, electrode sparks, burner lights for 5 secs only and then repeats sequence untill lockout. reset led constant, burner led flashing fast. Can it only be pcb?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Check polarity on the boiler electrical supply first. There are neons on the boiler circuit board that narrow down the fault somewhat. The temperature sensors on this boiler can cause lockout. The MIs will tell you what the illuminated neons on the pcb indicate in terms of fault.
Are you a GRI?

had this fault on a micron, i also thought pcb initialy but turned out to be the gas valve, hope this helps
