What water regulation is needed? This isn't to be a fixed piping but one I can disconnect when not in use.Or just ignore this

So you’ll need some sort of check valve deviceSo just above my kitchen sink is a window and my car is parked right next to it. On days when I want to wash the car, I want to run a temp hose/pipe from this water supply through the window as it saves more time carrying buckets and walking around the side of the house. The aim is not to have it connected on the pipe all the time but on days when I want to have a car wash
Yep I found some hose connectors which have stop valves insides to avoid opposite water flowWhich can be found inside an outside tap.
