Got my second Ferroli falcon to look at in as many days. Will go to boiler tomorrow. Been to another today, that worked fine on hot water but didn't fire on heating demand. It. Was the pump. Problem solved.

this latest call to another Falcon, customer says she has no heating or hot water, boiler not firing at all?

im thinking, wilted electrodes etc, any other pointers?
