hi guys got a problem with a dual flush valve, the flush isnt good enough to take away waste, or even just abit of toilet paper, there is defo not a blockage of partial block as ive rodded through the branch access and plunged the pan.

i suspect new flush valve is this right???

sounds to me like you just need to adjust your cistern water level, i doubt theres anything wrong with your dual flush

thanks for the reply bob, will check cistern level if it is correct hight then would you change the flush valve?

i agree, check water level is correct. Some toilets now come with 2/4ltr flushes, i dont think it would work well in my house!

do you know what type of flush valve it is? does it have a cable attached from the push button to the valve? more than sure it will be the water level unless its the type which has plastic rods on the bottom of the push button which push the vlave open, in that case you might need to adjust the plastic rods :)

crikey 2 litre flush, that wouldnt wash rabbit poo away never mind the king kongs fingers that people seem to be knocking out now a days ;)
sure you dont mean 3/6?
