Hello,

I am attempting to install a Neff integrated dishwasher and I am confused by the water connections as they don't fit with each other. I wonder if I need some kind of adaptor. I have attached picture

.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Take the other end of the red hose off and put the new one there

Oh great! So I don't need the red hose anymore? Thanks (sorry for the basic questions)

no as the new hose replaces the old red one

Also make sure that itā€™s on the cold, otherwise youā€™ll be using heated water to then get heated from your dishwasher. The new ones work on cold feeds to be heated up by the dishwasher.

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

I was stupid enough not to check the position of the pipes under the tiles when installing a toilet and drilled right through the center of a 16 mm copper water pipe. I exposed the pipe by removing a ~30cm section of the plastic sleeve and a ~10 cm section of the pipe around the hole. Several...
