Its a private drive I will have you know lol , Its spoilt by 3 other houses , we all share it , problem is its unadopted so if anything goes wrong we all bung in 25% of any costs

I've noticed that the new Romford branch is on the Stafford Industrial Estate! Next, they'll be naming schools and hospitals after Ray....

Viessmann combi starts when cold, mixer, tap is opened
Recently had a Viessmann Vitodens combi boiler installed, quite often when the adjacent cold mixer tap is opened the boiler starts for a few seconds! Can anyone tell me what is causing this? And how to cure?

LCS to new water mains
Hi, I have an old steel water mains pipe (approx 45mm) that I need to connect to a new pehd water mains (25mm). I can't get at it to create a new thread so what's the best way of connecting the two? Cheers, Peter
