Interesting. I looked at that site a year or so ago, and decided that it wouldn't work for a merchant.

Its directly opposite Chessington World of adventures, and the traffic jams in the summer are colossal according to the locals. Sooner them than me.
 
they have a history of failed ventures rat, what is one more.....
