Where did you buy it from?Hi new washers and o rings, the drip is coming from the top where the pin is that the motor pushes, its just dripping down onto the union.
Probably really old stock and had the cartridge replaced previously. Email them and send it back, get yourself a new one from a local supplier. You get what you pay for.Ebay, listed as new, looked new. Good feeback.
