Does anyone know which merchants stock armaflex lagging? Need to pick some up first thing tomorrow for a 32mm water main.

I have put it in rain water pipes with insulation before but just insulating is ok is it

Its underground but cant get it down to under 750 so need to lag it.

I see. What was the original size pipe and flow rate and pressure and what Is it with a 32mm main? Interesting to know for future. Also, did you get a small enough unvented cylinder for your last post

Existing is an old lead main, got about 18 ltrs/min at 2 bar. Got the 32mm main, and tws mainsboost plus accumulator going in so when its all up and running I will let you know. No I couldn't find an unvented to fit the space to had to get the architect to redesign the boiler and cylinder locations as they were optimistic at best.

Was the fat max too big?

It was a bit tight and really needed a 300 Litre as there is going to be 3 or possibly 4 bathrooms. The architect has redesigned it now and come up with another location in which a standard 300Litre cylinder will fit so I am happy.

AF/Armaflex class 0 with tuff coat R protection. Screwfix.

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

Hi all. Hope you have all been keeping well. A while back I decided I only wanted to fit one brand of boiler and decided on Viessmann due to space for servicing and changing parts if ever needing to. I am finding my decision rather hard due to the different clearances on flue runs and cupboards...
