Hi all, need a bit of help, ive messed up the headings on my tester. it works perfectly and is calibrated until next year. i tried changing the titles on the paper it prints onto but now the top lines are just a mishmash. it prints the results but i cant now change the heading back. the instructions are as clear as fog. anyone done this before?

Sorry I can't help you. My son is a bit of a computer whizz and he set my one up but unfortunately he is off on holiday just now. He also set mine up so I can run it through a laptop and print off A4 headed readings for the customers. Can yours do that and if so are the top lines clear on them? If they are clear then you may have to just send the customers copies that way until the problem is solved.
