customers
In sales, commerce, and economics, a customer (sometimes known as a client, buyer, or purchaser) is the recipient of a good, service, product or an idea - obtained from a seller, vendor, or supplier via a financial transaction or exchange for money or some other valuable consideration.

What do you say to them? I've just had someone that want a radiator installing in an annexe and would like me to go round and give them a price and size the radiator for them to order!

When booking in work with customers I'm finding I get a lot say they are available after 5pm as they work during the day.
Emergencies I attend to any time of the day or night and I am happy to attend some jobs in the evening but I cant always have customers telling me what time I can attend...
I’m trying to get an idea about what I should be charging as I’ve been told I’m not charging enough.
I don’t want to charge too much as I don’t like the idea of ripping people off but don’t want to be working too cheap either.

What's wrong with these referral sites?
Reason I'm asking is because it occurs to me that if so many custards are posting jobs, then they must somehow feel unable to get what they need. I interpret 'they need' as someone who they can genuinely 'trust' someone how will not rip...
When you lot do bathrooms and it comes to the last fiddly bits.
