Hello,
Was just after some advice, I have no manhole cover on my property it is semi detached and so is my next door neighbour.
I have looked on my house deeds and drainage search etc no sign of a manhole.
But my next door neighbour has a square manhole in their backyard, would I be sharing the same sewer?
Just wondered in case I ever have to unblock the drains, never had a problem yet.

Well that is a good thing then. Was just thinking surely manhole would show up on the house deeds or water drainage survey map everyone gets regarding the property. Otherwise would that not cause issues if a property was sold, and even then how would anyone know if a manhole has been built over or covered. Well at least I know now I share my neighbours sewer.
