Constant dripping from outside pipe

Hi. Anyone know why I have constant dripping from the outside pipe. Been like this for a while now.
It’s like a curve shape.

Yes , but you need the boiler case off and you have to be GS regested to remove it

You need a Gsi to repair this paul, the expansion vessel has failed dont go pulling it apart nothing you can do bud . cheers kop
