Blast from the past I fitted this HRM Wallstar in 2003 that's 19 years ago same pump same expansion vessel been a good work horse this one , now time to upgrade so swapping it out for a Houndsfield external oil boiler got to rebuild the walls first .kop

Vaillant 838. Not a pretty job, a few setbacks with the stop tap not working fully made it a rushed finished.

You using press fit now Scott I got myself a Rems mini what are you using mate ? Got some fittings off bes where to you get yours ? Kop

I have a 10 year old rems.
I get fittings from Williams, usually aqua gas but I only use it occasionally for speed or is there’s water or a quick repair due to cost of fittings.

Great boilers the hounsfield.

One I did last year. Old worcester through the wall.

No Jim I picked it up in B&M nice deep trays not super strong but keeps fittings organised .
