Gas/heating/plumbing Apps

I wrote a bit of software for my current job, it drastically reduced the amount of paperwork I do by reducing it to a load of tick boxes etc.

It also includes bits to help me keep track of upcoming work/correspondence/billing.

Are there any good apps you can buy before I go to the effrot of rolling my own for gas/heating?
