Is there any tip what to expect from a commercial plumber?

Please let me know.

Professional service?

Silly question: Does your project also have any elements of masonry, carpentry, electrics etc etc. Does it need a surveyor first? Does it need building control?

Many professional plumbers are multi talented, but be careful to think clearly about this.

Can you explain a bit more about your project, and perhaps add some photos of relevant.

Cheers,

Roy (amateur)
