I am not Croppie, this is domestic. (albeit on the large side)Some sort of heat exchanger. May be commercial modular boiler set?
No sorry it's not one of em, I had a Mazda E2000 (red) & before you try it's not the E2200 either, cos I had one as well !!It's the discambulberated balljoint wheelhouse bearing from an X reg. Mazda E2000
Damm Masood how the hell did you get that, I thought, then I remembered you went over to see him Saturday night didn't you ?Is it Croppie's corset?

20 and 12another great demo as to why intergas are so good, 22mm main heat ex feed and 15mm feeds for hw, more room all round

Yes but it is aluminium isn't it ? each can have it's own possible problems (hot spots & corrosion) I think I prefer a good lump of Stainless Steel, hope to god I am not proved wrong. The viessmanns water ways are somewhat larger, but no where near that of the intergas
copper tube set in aluminium, not an issue imho, one of their test beds been running over 20 yearsYes but it is aluminium isn't it ? each can have it's own possible problems (hot spots & corrosion) I think I prefer a good lump of Stainless Steel, hope to god I am not proved wrong.
Watched all the vid Roger they are working on a compact version already with same hex, I reckon it's a winner iif they can make it look rightThey certainly have put a lot of the cost of the boiler into it, it is a very solid, well engineered piece of kit. I just think its a shame they don't revamp the case, as they don't look the best/ most up to date.
The insulation at the end of the HE is 130mm down which means the last coil pass is not in the flames ! why would this be ???View attachment 13690Is this any better ? its the main heat exchanger from a vaillant (& lots of other makes). Ever wondered why they are so prone to blockages & thought, is it really worth fitting a filter to protect them. In-let around 20mm dia down to less than 5mm internal water way I recon.
We cut em open so you don't have to. We can also recondition them.
