Hi,

I have a Tristor Telford thermal store in my flat and recently, it's started it make such loud banging noises, it sounds like a car crash! It will make these noises when the system is turned off (as there is no timer) at least 4 or 5 times an hour at all times of the day, when it's heating up, when I turn taps or my shower on. Basically it happens regardless of whatever I'm doing.

I've had a plumber in to look at it and he topped up the pressure. This made it all stop for about 3 weeks but then it started happening again. The pressure is still as it should be but we can't work out why it's making such a huge noise

Do you have any idea what it might be? It's driving me crazy and wakes me up at night!

Many thanks

We run a community village hall and have a large kitchen provided for the use of hirers. This includes a Lincat SLR9 gas cooker which I believe is a 23.8Kw appliance with all six burners and oven on max. This was installed some 10 years ago and has passed all subsequent Gas Safety inspections as...

Hi all, I'm installing a concrete patio out back. By the wall under the kitchen sink I have an existing P-Trap gully for the grey water from the sink, dishwasher, washing machine etc. When I pour the concrete there won't be any chance to dig it up anymore. From my own research I get the...
