I am about to install a 380mm Vado fixed shower arm with 1/2" thread with a 200mm shower head, I was thinking of using a wall plate elbow (15mm to 1/2 ") but I am concerned that the weight of the arm and shower rose will put a lot of stain on the elbow. Has any one got any better ideas? thanks

no that is the way i would do it as well. once the wpe is screwed to the wall it will be fine.
