I've used service kit changed all seals, electrodes etc, CO2 spot on 8.8, high and low everything ok apart from sometimes it goes in to E5, connected up old electrodes tested get spark, gas valve opening as drop on inlet.
Remeha suggesting change spark generator as not producing strong enough spark.
Normally use service kit on these and ok but this ones being a sod

yep, had a few ignition packs go (they also have the rectification circuit in iirc)
