I have a Glow Worm Ultimate 50FF that has pump over run after the timer switches off. It is a sealed megaflow system. It strted a couple of weeks ago.
There is a brand new single fused pcb in it. All the stats are working and call correctly and valves open & close correctly. Everything else appears to be OK!!
Even if I remove the timing control panel, the pump still runs on.

Does anyone have any thoughts please.

(Can a sticking microswitch in an actuator valve cause this problem??)

Thanks in advance.

you need to find out if the pump is wired directly to the boiler or via motorised valves, if direct to the boiler the pcb is faulty if via a motorised valve chances are the valve needs replacing
