Problem with soil stack

So I’ve got a new house and the previous owner had left the soil stack in a state, apparently there was a plant growing inside so this was his fix.

Bottom looks plastic, top looks too clean for cast, decent gauge on it though.

The brown tee used is not for use above ground either. Replace it all & relax into future.
