Hi guys,

Just got a call from a customer saying they can not get the above back boiler to light at all. They are booked in for approx 5pm tomorrow.

Anyone familiar with these?

Serviced within the last 12 months they say, been working fine up to now. Went out last night and now will not light. Any known common issues with these I should check first?

Thanks

Usually dirt in the oxy pilot, blow it out with your u gauge tube.

Hi guys,

went and had a look tonight. power going to the PCB but that is it. Oxy pilot cleaned.

No light on at all the side of the unit. Going through the fault finding, it seems as though it's the user control that is faulty.

Was hoping someone might be familiar enough with these to boost my confidence and give their opinion :)

Have you reset it? There is one on these models. I know it's daft but it's caught me out.

There was the black button by the user controls. Held that in but didn't seem to make a difference. Or is there a set procedure to reset?

Any further info that might help?

Sorry guys, just these parts are expensive and it's one I want to get right first time :)
